Consumer Complaints and Private Disputes with Financial Institutions
The Banking Law Firm concentrates 100% of its practice in the specialized area
of providing legal counseling and assistance to Federally insured financial
institutions and their officers and directors regarding the proper interpretation
and application of all Federal laws, rules and regulations governing all
business operations of such institutions in the United States. As a result,
the Firm does not provide legal advice regarding consumer-oriented complaints,
private disputes between individuals, or contested issues between financial
institutions and its customers. Such matters generally require the application
of local state laws (as opposed to Federal law) where the customer and/or
bank are located, thus requiring the services of a qualified attorney licensed
to practice law in that state. Accordingly, the Firm must respectfully decline
to respond to consumer-oriented inquiries, issues related to private disputes
between individuals and financial institutions. The Firm appreciates your
understanding in this matter.
